Bryanna Running

Bryanna had a smile that could light up the darkest room, a personality that could never be matched, and a giggle that could make anyone happy even on their darkest of days. She taught so many people so much without ever having to say a word. Bryanna could make you smile, she could make you laugh, she could make you cry, and she could simply make you happy; all with a simple look or with her infectious giggle. She taught us patience, how to stand up and be the voice of the voiceless; but most of all, she taught us what true, pure and unconditional love is.

On October 8th, 2021, our world changed forever. She was taken from us far too early in life at only 10 years old. We will always wonder what life would have been for her and what she would have accomplished. We keep her alive in memory, conversation and our “Bryanna Hugs”. We call them “Bryanna Hugs” because she gave the best hugs. Dallas, her older brother, started taking piano lessons in her memory because he knew how much Bryanna loved music and he wanted to be able to “play beautiful music for her to hear in heaven”. Both of her brothers joined a running group and dedicate each run to her.

The hardest part now is having to remember her longer than we had with her. As her brothers would say, “Bryanna is now in the clouds playing in heaven”. Bryanna will always be our heart and we will forever be her voice. It’s not ‘good-bye, it is, until we meet again”. Rest in paradise beautiful girl and always remember to “Just Keep Swimming”. We love you to the moon and back.

We were incredibly grateful when Bill & Jenna reached out to us through Peyton’s Smile. We always planned on taking the kids on a Disney Cruise once they were older. Thanks to Peyton’s Smile, we have it scheduled for this October. Although Bryanna will not be with us in person, she will always be with us in spirit and we will continue to live, love and “just keep swimming” for her!
